Remember
Today is a good day to take some time out, perhaps meditate or pray for peace over your knitting. I want to say so much and yet have not been able to put my thoughts together. Its not that I can't put into words what I am feeling, its just that words are cheap in light of the one year anniversary of Operation Cast Lead. Your thoughts?

One year! How much has changed since then, except that there is no more shelling on a daily basis?
I am praying a lot that this entire ordeal ends sooner rather than later, and the Gazans are free to live as God meant them to, and that this soon becomes just a painful memory for the children, and not a lifestyle that they have to endure even as adults.
It doesn't help that I just started reading "The Lemon Tree" yesterday...
Oh....the Lemon Tree! Great book, highly recommend it but even that hurt to read. Let me know what you think when you are finished!
